Privacy
We ask only for what we need to help you, use it only for your job, and never sell it or hand your number to marketers.
The details we get
A call or text shows us your phone number. Beyond that, we only have what you choose to give: your name, the address of the job, an email, and any photos of the lock, key or door you send.
What we do with them
We use your details to give you a price, tell you who is coming, do the work, invoice it and keep a job record. That is all. We do not sell, rent or trade them, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
Canadian privacy law
As a private business in Nova Scotia, we handle personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's federal privacy law for the private sector. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
Site visits
The site may count visits without identifying you, so we can see which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
Removing your details
Call, text or email and we will delete your details, apart from the records tax law requires us to keep. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
