Terms of service
In plain words: you hear the price before we start, and we do nothing extra without asking you first.
Agreeing the price
You get the price on the call, before anyone drives out, and we confirm it with you on site before any work begins. If we find the job is bigger than it looked, we stop, explain, and wait for your go-ahead. No part goes in without your approval. Our Price Promise sets this out in full.
Showing it's yours
For a home, we check ID before we open the door, or straight after if the ID is inside. For a vehicle, business or safe, we need ID plus proof that it belongs to you or that you have the right to get in. If we can't confirm that, we won't open it, which protects you as much as anyone.
Paying
Payment is due once the work is finished. Card, debit and e-transfer are all fine.
Changing your mind
If you sort it out yourself or no longer need us, call or text before we get there. The earlier you tell us, the better.
When something's wrong
Call or text and tell us. We would much rather come back and put it right than leave you with a problem.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
